He said he'd be gone within the year. I don't believe it myself, but he seemed sincere today. Although a Ron & Ant show would be great, I'd prefer not to see him leave.

The problem is that it's going to get worse before it gets better, if it ever gets better at all. And he may be a great radio guy, but he's also a man, and there's only so much shit a man can take before he just takes his f-you money and walks.

Opie has a strong passion for radio. He won't quit. That's why he gets so angry at all the bullshit that goes on in the business. He's so right about the radio world, almost everybody in it is a fucking liar. If I were Opie I would get sick of the shit too. Think about it, OnA do the best show on radio and then get the boot in Philly, Chicago, and in West Palm for radio hacks. Think about how frustrated you'd be too.

One of the biggest reasons I love the show is because of how honest the Bbboys are.

As they say, I enjoy his radio program, if he leaves...I spin the dial...or tune the digiatal tuner to a different xm station(after I listen to ron and fezzy)...i have yet to really explore that place anyway..

Nope. Two different ways of broadcasting. One says a line and awaits recognition, if he doesn't get it it, pulls the handbrake on the show and says, hey, I said a funny line and you missed it. Repeats the line and then gets the haha laugh.

The other moves so fast and is so confident in what he does and is constantly aware of the flow and how the listening audience follows the show that he throws line after line out there and never expects the other show personalities to pause and laugh at what was just said. Plus, the other members of the show perform the same way.

BTW, Fez is missing from your new show title suggestion.

Well, as Opie once said - at some point people are going to start pushing back. Remember all the press that HTG and PAC.org received over the summer? That was just a taste of what a group of people with fancy letterhead and a web site can accomplish.

Tough climate for radio (thanks Capt. Obvious). Thank the maker for XM, they're not perfect (boys' suspension) but man, the XM shows (R&F included) still RULE.
