Is there a program out there that can insert bleeps/beeps into audio? I want to give the bleep game a try on my own.

I would not know about bleeps - I listen on xm so it goes through for me. Unless - well I wont say it.

just download a sound editor, import the clip you wanna add bleeps to, use the 'signal generator' and create a sine wave in the pitch you want the bleep to be...ta-da.
