Some concepts seemed interesting, but I kind of went in and out, so I don't have any real point of reference. However, once they revealed the sorceress and her big, bad, slightly sci-fi torture room, I got a strong Flash Gordon (the lastest TV incarnation) vibe and my guess is this thing is shit.

Watched the first part last night. Interesting. But why the hell did they have to jump on the tv trends and call it the "O" "Z"? I know its supposed to sound like the "O" "C", but do you really think the audience for that show is the audience for this movie?

What I don't get is the title. Why's it called "Tin Man", as if he was the central character, when it's really just a rehash of The Wizard of Oz? I guess all the alternatives were taken or sucked.

...Nonetheless, it is a catchy title.

Has anyone read the Wonderful World of Oz? SciFi usually does a good job of sticking near the books in their series adaptions but this is bizarre. I understand it is futuristic, but is it even close so far?
