I am "not permitted to have a signature." Certainly there is something I missed and I am a dope. Could someone please help me with this one?

Yeah, it's really weird. I tried a few things.

1. Went to User CP > Edit Profile and no 'signature' thing shows up.

2. I clicked the link above and I got this message: "Sorry, you are not permitted to have a signature."

Very weird.

If you make your next post contain your signature as you'd like to see it, someone, not me apparently, can put it in there for you.

Some features are turned off for new users as people sometimes like to spam the forum with them.

Sorry. That rule along with the limit on posting time was needed to
help stop spam. As you post here you'll find those limits disappear.
