Since this is the place where I learn all my computer stuff, here goes...

anyone know how to download streaming music that doesn't have a download option.

what is it steaming in (program?) - there may be a way to find a DL link or a mms stream that you can download. or just get a program the records 'what you hear' on your pc and save it that way.

Thanks. Do you have any suggestions for the "what you hear" type program. Any free ones?

The MyMp3 Recorder 2 software http://www.mp3mymp3.com/mp3_my_mp3_recorder.html is a free way to accomplish that. But if you've got $30 or $40 to spend and want to make it VERY easy, go to the Replay Radio page and download their software. I LOVE that program, it also records streaming video.

There's soime audio from some menus on DVD's that I'd liek to record....hopefully this will do the trick.

another great program is SDP. I have version 2.0 but it may be higher now I am sure. just type in the url and it will download any source you want
