10 years ago it started production. Several engine changes, incompetent management, rewrites, staff chages all chipped in to make this the most delayed game of all time. But you know what? I'll be in line at Gamestop the day they release it :action-sm

The new one is a mish-mash of unreal tech heavily modified with in-house code. As big an asshole the owner of 3DR is I think they'll pull off a worthy game. Just a hunch.

In all honesty even the 2001 trailer still looks up to par for the most part.

Does anyone care if this ever comes out? The game's claim to fame is being delayed and rebuilt from the ground up over and over.

My prediction: After 10+ years of being delayed, it gets a 7/10 review and the gimmick will be over.

Plus, did anyone even play Duke Nuckem or 3D? Weren't these just lame games that put strippers and beer bottles in the game to be edgy?

QFT. The days of things being "Edgy" in games is pretty much covered, and done better by games like Manhunt, GTA, etc... Duke Nukem's whole gimmick pretty much rests on the easter eggs of seeing pixilated tits. Other than that, the past 3-4 games have been way below avg. shooters.

Duke 3d was one of the best games to play online like 10 years ago. Anyone used to play on Kali or TEN? Man those were the days.
