biggie is defenitly the best of all time not far behind him is 2pac, and as for today's rap u gotta go with the shit that actually saids something, MosDef, Talib Kweli, Nas and Q-tip. They all got rhyme skills, and can tell a story like a poem set to a beat, and its filled with messages unlike these hollow, same shit rappers on BET.
