Just a post to tell everyone ill be off line for awhile.

Sold my house , and my new deal fell through, so as of Wednesday the 28th, I must vacate my house, that means wrapping up the Gateway.And living out of a suitecase till i get something new..... hopefully wont be to long.

It is definitely a sellers market(that is why there are so many "developments" being built now..) I wouldn't commit to a very expensive house unless I was sure that the house and the loacation rox.

Ya, i sold to make cash, it was an investment prop, made a nice chunk o change, the deal i had fell through cause it was a co op apartment , the guys mother died and he was losing it, so i offered him a quick cash deal, but the lender(co op association) bought it from him out from under me . sneaky bastards.

Im glad everyone apreciates a nice drunken ramble, god knows i do. Costs me like 50 bucks to get that smart at the bar, its not cheap ramblings:P

Then i tryed getting an apartment, they turned me down, i was like huh?
I told her ok, you say im a credit risk, how bout i give you the entire lease in cash, she says no cant do it!!!!!huh!! these apartment people suck. So Im off to the space place now to get storage.
guess ill have to stay in the Ho Jo till i find a new cribbage.
