They're all fairly easy until 19. Can't get by that.
What's the trick? There's not a lot of leeway to place or angle the ramp, yet I haven't gotten any closer than bouncing off the rim of the bucket.

key is getting the ramp up as close to the ball tube and as far over as it will go without falling through, angle it at about 35 degrees.

Well then it's like Machine1376 said. It's just as hard to repeat as it is to beat the first time. Lots of trial and error. In fact it took me longer to beat it the 2nd time around than the first time.
