Oh don't start this crap..You don't think the pats would have had a different game plan against a healthier team? Was Turner not an adequate replacement? He could start on just about any NFL team, including the pats. Seriously...I hate that we would have won ifffff...shit that people do...Turner is a nice running back but an adequate replacement for the most dynamic running back in the game and the rushing leader the last 2 years? You can't really believe that, do you? And, yes, I did see the effect of both River's and Gate's injuries on them. Gates was far less explosive and River's passes were slow and sailing. The Pats would have played them the same way. I agree with that. But the Charger offense would have been far more effective.

I stand by my statement. A healthy Chargers team would have won that game.

Serious question - not hating at all. I want to see the Pats go undefeated.

Yeah the best tight end in the NFL would have had no impact in the red zone. The best running back in the NFL would have had no impact on their running game. What are you talking about? And you can attribute that first interception directly to rivers not being able to get any power off that injured leg. The Chargers defense played amazingly well and the only thing keeping them from the win was their offense at 50 percent.

Oh well. The Chargers were the last chance at keeping this season exciting. No point in even watching the Super Bowl, and whoever wins the NFC is irrelevant. This season blew for anyone who doesn't get any joy out of bandwagon jumping.

Pat's could have easily stacked another one on at the end there for 28-12 and if brady doesn't throw that meatball in the endzone, you are looking at 35-12...The loss of those players wont get you 21pts....whose touches do you take away to get those players in? Your post is completely incoherent and I assume if there's a point in it somewhere it's probably a stupid one.

Gates and Tomlinson are the difference between a field goal and a touchdown in the red zone. Trying to argue otherwise is just silly.

I love douches who say, "IF THEY WERE HEALTHY".

What would the Pats D be like if Rosie Colvin wasn't hurt? What Indy's D be like if Freeney wasn't hurt?

The answer: IT DOESN'T MATTER BECAUSE THEY ARE HURT! That's football.

None of those players were hurt the first time they played and the Bolts got their cocks knocked in. The Pats are the better team and that's that.

As for playing the Giants, I think this is a great match up. The G-men have been playing great football as of late and I think it will be a great game.

You think the Chargers were the same team in the playoffs as they were in WEEK FUCKING 2? They had a new defensive coordinator and hadn't adjusted yet. They went from completely missing defensive assignments to arguably the best defense in the NFL. There's no way they could have completely shut down Moss and pulled 3 picks off of Brady in week 2.
