Really you're right, it's different strokes... because I see the face tat with the stars/sparkles/etc. around the eye as accentuating the natural beauty of a woman like Kat or the other gal pictured.

I absolutely think the other tats are a scream for attention... but I guess it all depends on your view of tats to begin with art/accessory/bodily harm/etc.

p.s. - my view is they are self expression, weather that be art and or bodily destruction

I went to a plastic surgeon to get rid of the "dirt tattooing" from my accident (Linky (http://www.whackbag.com/showpost.php?p=2555963&postcount=11)) and to doc told me that modern professional tats are just about impossible to get rid of completely, unless the ink is formulated ahead of time to allow removal. Of course, most of those jackasses have prison tats, which is a far cry from a professional tat.
