Given the strange and convoluted "modern" interpretation of the Constitution (in the 8th Amendment), putting someone on death row is probably more constitutional than castration/emasculation.

I see no problem with that scenario at all. A sixteen year old and a thirteen year old? I'd want to know what's wrong with the idiot sixteen year old. And if the parents disapprove, then it wouldn't go on for three years.

To give some insight into this, I'll tell you this: My younger brother is currently in prison for a similar scenario. He was 19 and had a 17 year old girlfriend. It had been going on for a couple years. He was raised to know better, he was warned to stay away from this child, and he deserves to be in prison.
