44-year old Jeffrey A. Ball was arrested after a traffic stop. During the arrest officers found a pistol grip shotgun, an AR rifle, a .22 long gun, and a large amount of ammunition inside his vehicle.
The female victim said she Ball's son's girlfriend. She said she'd been employed for four months at the Charm Depot shop at Silver Lake Mall, where Ball is the manager. The victim said her family has known Ball for the last three years.
The 16-year old victim told police she'd been ***** by Ball about 33 times.

The victim said sexual assaults took place in an office behind the retail area of the store, where Bell keeps a bed. She also stated that she was assaulted in his van in several locations throughout Coeur d'Alene.
Ball is a former police officer and convicted felon out of Arvin, New Mexico, where he was convicted of Kidnapping and Aggravated Battery.
Coeur d'Alene Police Detectives charged Ball with **** and Felon in possession of firearms. He was taken to the Kootenai County Public Safety Building.
