I thought apple offered a good product. but I stand corrected. My ipod will not charge or power on. I pluged it into the dock, into the outlet, dosent work any way, gotta call up tech support, lets see what they do

eh, damn hard reset, after holding down 349 buttons, and switching a few switches i did a hard reset, which erases all my music, but hey, at least its on
