According to this C|Net article (http://news.com.com/2110-1046_3-1018165.html), the final 1.0 version of Safari (http://www.apple.com/safari) will be released very soon. Judging by the most recent WebCore changelog, Apple's been working on a Windows port as well. Look out for it.
