Maybe Matt can keep from getting wrecked while running up front this year. He had a good chance of winning last year till Smoke decided he got a little too close on the restart.

what a bunch of fucktards if anything the refs were trying to give it to the Pats...a 'batting the ball penalty' when the giants were trying to recover a fumble? allowing Bellicheck to throw a flag for not calling a penalty and then giving them the penalty for having 1 foot in as a too many men on the field..when was the last time you've seen either one of those calls happen? bullshit i say bullshit.

no doubt :) :clap::clap:
Matt had a great second half of the chase...the first half it would have been better had he not even gone to a race...i feel good for how Roush progressed on their handle of the COT and i think this year will be their year...(as long as cousin carl doesnt fuck it up for everyone)...

this is the first game i have seen in a long time where the refs actually did a great job...there were many calls they could have made but they didnt...they allowed the men to play the game and the players decided this game...they called the Pass Intereference and the false starts (which they should have)...but the rough-housing and everything else they let go and the refs knew they didnt want to be the ones to determine the outcome...i applaud them for all they did

the batting the ball is clearly a penalty and has to be called. as far as the 12 men on the field thing, if he is allowed to do it then it was brilliant. if not then the refs helped the pats. i thought the game was called quite well. now the pats fans saying they were screwed is just ridiculous and shit like that will put them up there in the hate catagory quickly by everyone.

I think 12 men on the field is the one penalty that is allowed to be called based on a challenge. I'm pretty sure I've seen that done before.

the best part of that call was when Mike Carey came out to make the final ruling he had to take out his flag and toss it...he had this look on his face like "why the fuck do i have to toss this while making the call 5 minutes later and then have to bend over to pick it up..."

Iside the NFL had some on field tape and Mike Carey came over to the sidelines and told BB that the ref crew blew the play, not giving the Giants D enough time. BB got pissed and told them, basically, that it wasn't his fault and that his punting team had enough time, so Mike allowed the flag.

when do these online petitions ever work for anything? NEVER. just a bunch of whiny people who wish and hope and pray they can do something to change the cruel, cruel world when they really have no power whatsoever. the Giants stomped their precious Pats and they just can't let it go.

It happened earlier this year, in the Redskins/Vikings game. The call pretty much help keep the Redskins in the playoff hunt. As for the Super Bowl, the game was called really well and that is one thing that is being overlooked. So fuck those whiney bitch ass Patriots fan.

he wasnt trying to recover the ball numbnuts. he was trying to knock it out of bounds further down field so he wouldnt lose more yards. Therefore "batting the ball".

I think 12 men on the field is the one penalty that is allowed to be called based on a challenge. I'm pretty sure I've seen that done before.i'm pretty sure you could rule offsides, or not enough men on the line of scrimmage for the offense, and i believe delay of game(but not sure about that one). But those are usually made correctly, they don't allow calls that a ref has to interpret cause they want them to make the call how they see it and what there first reaction is.

Thats so fucking stupid. Let it go. Its over. We got beat. The refs werent even part of the game. thats the best part about it. it was all about the players on the field. no distractions.
That tea party refernce really doesnt make any sense by the way. It was a defining moment in the start of the rebellion and the eventual fall of one of the worlds super powers of the time. So actually the rest of the world other than England was happy to see it happen. :D

i hate this "we're being persecuted" bullshit mentality these fans seem to have. the Pats have won what, 3 Super Bowls in the last 6 years and have been in the playoffs each year since the first one, not to mention that they won every game this season except the last one? yeah, you're really the Kunta Kintes of the NFL.

Ugh... being from Boston I can tell you those dopes are the definition of "massholes." I'm really bummed that we lost, but what the fuck?! It was fair and square -- quit your snivilin'
And on more thing... everyone needs to stop saying "Bahhhhhston" when they're doing their boston accent. I've never heard anyone with a boston accent, including myself, say "Bahhhhhhston" in my life.

Ya thats definatly "Cwofee" people trying to act like they have been here and heard the real accent as opposed to hearing the cast of "The Perfect Storm" (with thier NY/RI/Conn accents depending on scene) and assuming its what it sounds like.

One of the comments on the petition:
Boston police today reported finding a body in the Charles River. The victim apparently drowned due to excessive alcohol consumption. He was described as wearing black fishnet stockings, a red garter belt, a pink wig, a strap-on dildo, a Patriot's jersey, and had a cucumber stuffed up his ass. The police graciously removed the Patriot's jersey to spare the family unnecessary embarrassment.

Ok, I am a pats fan, and these people are asses. From the play by play you can see the highlighted 'protested' play...well, the giants still had 3 timeouts at that point...Do you think they would have allowed the clock to run out? All it would have done is moved the 5yd scramble by eli up 10 seconds and they STILL would have called time out. THe pats took over at 39 seconds..so the giants needed to conserve 11 seconds w/ 3 timeouts according to this protest...Asses..
The ONLY issue i had will officiating in the ENTIRE game was the Burress hands to the face when he pushed off for the catch. That was Offensive P.I.
The real thing pats fans should protest is why on 4th and 13 tom brady throws the fucking ball out of bounds through the god fucking cunt damn endzone. What the fuck..is shit bags afraid of an interception of 4th and 13? No one ever caught a pass for first down when it was thrown though the endzone fuck-o...How about sending moss deep and welker up 10 yds behind him....NOOO throw it out of bounds that will work...
Seriously, these people need to quit while they're behind...

I'm not the oldest Pats fan, but I raised hearing how John Hannah was the meanest mofo in the NFL. They've been my #1 team for as long as I can remember. What's frustrating is that most of the douche fans who make the most noise just recently started rooting for the Pats (from 2000 on when it's been easy.) They never rooted for the team for all the years we sucked, and there were alot of them, and now their bandwagon douchiness reflects poorly on all of us. The Pats' o-line lost them superbowl, the Giants' d-line won them the superbowl, its as simple as that.
