The Apple Store (http://store.apple.com) inadvertently leaked details of the upcoming 64-bit PowerMac G5s sometime Thursday night, making a lot of Mac users, including myself, very happy. It's too bad that someone is most likely out of a job now.

Anyway, here's the leaked image with some of the new specs taken from the Apple Store's website:

Mmmm!!!!!

Some screenshots (http://www.deskmod.com/panther) of Apple's new OS, codenamed 'Panther,' has been leaked onto the web as well. I can vouch there authenticity, having already seen them some time ago. The new OS will be previewed on Monday at Apple's World Wide Developers Conference in San Francisco, where I'll be in attendance. In case anyone wants a glimpse of the Mac's future, you can check out the delayed stream of the keynote Monday afternoon here (http://stream.apple.akadns.net/). You'll need QuickTime (http://www.apple.com/quicktime) to view it.

they beat the intel and athlons benchmarks. Just because the pentium says its a 3.0 ghz dosent mean its quicker than the g5 2 ghz. The new g5 has a fsb on 1ghz, most pentiums have 512 fsb.
