Barry Bonds Tested Positive for Steroids in 2000, Prosecutors Say (http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,330742,00.html)

Home run champ Barry Bonds tested positive for steroids in November 2000, according to a court document filed Thurday by federal prosecutors in the perjury case against Bonds.

The legal filing says Bonds was asked about a document showing "Barry B" tested positive for anabolic steroids that November. Bonds denied that he was taking steroids at the time.

Federal prosecutors accuse Bonds of lying when he denied this and other that charges he used performance enhancers.

Bonds holds the single-season record for home runs, 73, set in 2001. He set the career mark last year with his 762th home run last year.

what was selig to do? after all he is/was an owner himself. he has proven he wasnt going to shit on the other owners nor was he going to stand in the way of them making millions.

everything is for shit anymore, nothing is even close to being pure. its why people turn against athletes and owners so quickly yet they still wonder why
