GREENSBURG, Pa. -- An 18-year-old Greensburg man has been charged with ****** a baby who police said was left in his care.
Police said Scott Wade Smith ***** his girlfriend's 5-month-old girl Friday morning at a home in the 500 block of Highland Avenue, where several people, including the infant's mother, were living.
Authorities said the infant suffered severe injuries and was flown to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, where surgery was performed.

Police said the girl was crying so hard she nearly stopped breathing.
According to police, Smith made a story about the baby choking on a crayon, but paramedics didn't find anything in her throat. So, they decided to take her to Westmoreland Hospital, which is where doctors found blood inside her diaper.

Bad news :( You can only shoot escaping convicts that have already been convicted of a crime. If someone just gets out of your custody then you can't take them down unless they are armed.

Smith was charged with five felonies, including **** of a child, causing seriously bodily injury, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and endangering the welfare of children. He is being held at the Westmoreland County Prison on $1 million bail.

Police said **** of a child with serious bodily injury under the age of 13 is punishable by life in prison, and they are asking the district attorney to push for that sentence.

What's so involuntary about what he did? That's number one

Number two - life in prison is too good for this guy. But, he's going to get what's coming to him and won't be on the taxpayers dime for too long. Oddly, criminals have this code of ethics and don't take too kindly to kid touchers. Even if they put him in pc, he's not going to be safe.

But this man deserves to be beat to hell, set on fire and still live. Then he needs to be strapped to a large pole and hung upside down inside a hungry lions den to where the lions can barely reach him as the paw and scratch to try and eat this large steaming pile of human garbage while someone is pulling anal beads the size of softball out of his ass like they are trying to start a 30 year old lawn mower.

I remember seeing the execution carried out on two young fellas over in Turkey I think.

They had ***** some guy's young daughter and the family's patriarchs carried out the execution. The father, uncle and brother lined up with AK-47s in the town square facing a wall and shot the motherfuckers to death.

I know of a guy that basicially did the same thing to his infant daughter but used a knife to get a better fit, if you get my meanin. He's a tall white fucker and he had to join up with the prison mushlims so as to not get his ass killed. The Farakhan kind, not the sandies.
