According to the "Dallas Morning News," the supervisor of the Dallas Police high-risk victims unit calls the case "a very unusual circumstance." Police allege the 13-year-old victim approached a vice officer at a nightclub Saturday and offered to perform a sex act for money. Both girls were taken into custody, where one was charged with compelling prostitution.
