I saw TWO really blinged out wiggers walking down the street. They were both wearing what looked like 1920's detective hats with huge chains, and XXXXL tee shirts. The best part is, one of them was pushing a stroller. Hagerstown is the Mastic of Maryland.

I was at the 99 cents stores a couple of days ago and saw a negress ALMOST take a header because some lowlife had dropped a bottle of shampoo and had just let it sit there.
