They had Gallagher on the first season. Its not like they've been bringing in George Carlin every episode.

You know, as much as I don't like her, she is popular and has an audience, niche maybe, but she does have her own thing. Same with Garofalo. We can't just keep wanting them to have O+A comics on. I don't blame XM for doing this.

Fuck it , disagree with me . I just think its beneath Ronnie. The guy is a fantastic interviewer. And I think it hurts his future prospects. Dumb dick Earl "Oh yes Mr. Rock, we had two exciting shows recently. Gallagher, and Margaret Cho, and would love to have Chris Rock on also."

I agree with most of that, XM is trying to appeal to a wide variety of listeners.

I haven't been to a taping yet, do any other people show up other than R&F + O&A fans. Do they plug it anywhere besides the show? Maybe it could be even better if people who enjoyed her comedy were there. I'm sure Ron will make it work.

I wonder if she made fun of her mothers lack of English skills this time:rolleyes:

Ron said something about it being more of a "closed" Unmasked so if Cho contacted her fans or if XM asked other people, I don't know. But I'm sure some alternative happened.

As much as Earl fucks up, he is not the one booking the guests for Unmasked, that's XM's doing.

Margaret Cho is one of the biggest female comics in the United States. Just because she's not an O&A comic doesn't mean she's not popular. (also, she's selling out theaters at some high prices)

Also, you seem to be one of those people who think Earl is booking Unmasked and that its the same thing as the Ron and Fez show. It's not. Hell, its not even really a 202 show. They just air it (after the original airing) on 202 because Ron has such a big following.
