i took a screenprinting class maybe a year ago, and we had to work in teams and the assignment was "double meaning".

my buddy i worked with is gay, and the subject of our screenprint was "pink taco".

it was fucking awesome having to stand up in front of the entire class and explain the meaning behind our project.

(btw, the guy in the print is actually a 5-color breakdown of a photograph of my friend. it looks just like him.)

it was actually the first print we ever did and the registration is horribly off and the screens weren't burned properly; if it came out the way i drew it, it'd look fucking near-photo-realistic.

it's always bothered me.

anyway, that took maybe two weeks to do, in class, and the whole time the teacher had no idea what we were doing.

when we stood up to present our work she goes "...is that a metaphor for... the female anatomy??"

i almost fucking died.
