Child Molester Petition

Sex offenders and their families have set up a petition to repeal California's Jessica's Law and the Welfare & Institutions Code, §6600. Most people know what the Jessica's Law is but not many know what the WI 6600 is. 6600 law means that after a rapist/molester has done their time in prison the courts can evaluate him to determine wheather he is still a threat to society. As most of us know, most child molesters don't change their ways, they don't stop being attracted to children. If they are found to be a threat they are given the title Sexually Violent Predator and are sent to a state mental hospital indefinatly.

They have set up a petition in an effort to have these laws repealed. here is a link to that petition.

I'm not saying that this is a bad thing by any means, but there have to be some people who have served their time that actually learned their lesson while locked up. Also, sending them to the one-size-fits-all mental hospitals doesn't really help them either. There should be some kind of separate "re-education" program that they go through to help make sure they'll think twice about doing something like that again, even up to the point of going Clockwork Orange on them. As much as we hate what they did, they have to be able to live their lives and have jobs like the rest of us.

The way the law is now, they had to commit 2 offenses to be considered, thats two children they had to molest, or women they had to ****. With Jessica's Law they would only have to have one victim. 98% of the SVP's refuse any and all treatment, California wants to keep them all from having a third or more victims, remember there are over 800 SVP's locked up in these hospitals, most with multiple victims but with 2 to qualify that is a minimum 1600 children molested. These animals, believe it or not, do not feel like they have done ANYTHING wrong, watch the video's on their site, they say more children are being victimized by having these men locked up, one of their spokespersons is quoted as saying "lets face it, with kids, sex happens"


As far as wheather any court or state officials is going to take this petition seriously, especialy with signatures from such name as Chester P Molester, i doubt it.

Repeal the law and implement a two strike, mandatory execution program. First offense you should get brutally ***** by an entire cell block, and second offense you should be ***** to death. I don't think child endangerment laws can be archaic enough.

Kansas has civil commitment as well.

It doesn't just pretain to crimes commited outside either. They can be civilly committed as a predator by actions in the joint. One fellow I know of came in for some bullshit crime and because of his propensity to show his cock off to the female officers, he now enjoys living the rest of his life in a mental hospital as a sex predator. Ha ha fucko!
