A church for Bizarro Anthony

Saw this hanging in a church hallway. It's supposed to represent a proclamation the church made regarding Nazi Germany. There were many other banners hanging in the hallway as well. They were all supposed to represent other proclamations made by the church. This dandy, for some odd reason, made me think of Anthony.
