What do you do to eat healthy or semi-healthy?

How do you prep your food while on the road?

I buy can goods and other food that can be heated in an aluminum loaf pan and use a DC heated lunchbox to heat my food. I try to buy snack food that's low in sodium, fat and carbs. I also buy in bulk as much as possible.

I have a small fridge in my day cab...some apples, grapes. I only go 476 a night and we stay in a hotel. I usually just get a footlong subway sandwich(Jared!)... that gets me through the day. No sodas, maybe 1 20oz diet soda, and alot of water. So far Ive lost about 30 lbs. because I stuff my fat face on weekends.

I try to eat Subway or Quiznos when on the road, occaisonally I'll hit one of the truckstop resturant (not food courts) and get a small breakfast. Can't stand plain water, but I live off Diet Pepsi, Coffee, or lemonade. Usually I run regional so I'm home the same day, for those occasions I take my lunch with me.
