Thought I would add a thread to newly concieved Food Forum for things like book signings, spottings, or eating in a Famous chefs restuarant. Here's my first contribution for those interested.

I went to a Flay book signing. He actually seemed pretty decent and laid back. He even posed for photos with people who weren't in line, just passers-by.

My big upcoming event is a Bon Appetit Grand Tasting function at Caesars. It's a whole weekend thing with a couple dozen chefs and other celebrites, but I'm just going to this one. Wolfgang Puck, Tom Colicchio, Hubert Keller, Kerry Simon, David Burke, the Two Hot Tamales, and Lorraine Bracco are all scheduled. And for the record, I work for one of the aforementioned, and he's the nicest guy in the world.
