I've looked up if I needed a permit,registration of the gun and anything else to buy a shotgun and the NY.gove website is all no but I want to be sure. Also anyone know any gun shops in staten island or near the stupid island.

You need a permit for a long gun in NYC. Also, you need to bring your permit with you to buy ammo.

In Arkansas it's illegal for ANY county, city or local municipality to ban or restrict the sale of firearms or ammunition. So, we don't have a local board of "officials" not issuing business licenses to people wanting to open a gun shop or to sell ammo or putting stupid fucking requirements on them.

That's why I always say I live behind enemy lines.

While, I don't have to put up with NYC bullshit, I strongly disagree with the current pistol licensing laws in NYS.

Which really is a shame because I'd have a Nagel-load of them with Vermont carry everywhere.
