Kill the listening threads and R&F posts will go up. I like to read about the goings on on the show, but don't have time to sort though 40 pages worth of message board people chatting with each other. I would like to post about topics on the show though.

I would like to post about topics on the show though. That's like saying if we kill the O+A listening threads they'll be more talk about what the show is about. The two things are quite different.

A lot of people don't listen to R+F noon to 3 and when they do listen they might not have the motivation to start the thread of the topic. Another issue is that a lot of the topics brought up on the show are really kind of difficult to begin to talk about. It's like having to write a philosophical essay for the opening thread post and a lot of us don't have the motivation to do so.

And no one is stopping you from making a thread except your post count or your join date.
