Serves 2-3 hungry people
1.5 lb (or 1 large fillet) Cod
Prosciutto ham
Extra Virgin olive oil
Oil goes in the pan, our pan. Heat until semi rippling effect
Cut cod into small squares (1-2oz), ham into slivers (probably 3 per slice), wrap ham around cod. Grill 3 minutes each side, flip, 3 more mins.. serve with asparagus or something. Add extra oil (shouldnt need to add much) as needed. Lots of lemon juice or slices of lemon served with finished product
Bacony taste, followed by lemony cod goodness.

A variation is to use swordfish and wrap in bacon.
Cube swordfish in 1" chunks. Squeeze lemon.
Wrap cube in 1/2 strip of bacon.
Add about 4 or 5 to a shiskbob stick.
BBQ for about 15 mins.
I'm going to have to compare with the cod and prosciutto.

im doing salmon for my wife tonight i for that i just sprinkle some dill on it, a little lemon oil and some lemon juice, salt and pepper, then toss it on a rocket hot grill for a few minuets im also doing tuna for myself, that's a little more fancy, for that i use a good bit of soy sauce some wasabi powder, a blob of honey salt pepper garlic let it sit for a few hours then toss it on a rocket hot grill and sear both sides for about 1 minute a side tops. set aside some of the marinade for dipping the tuna i like to add even more wasabi to it to make it hotter also finish them on the counter wrapped in foil
