Kim Cattrall kicked up her heels at the Sex and the City film premiere in London this week – before kicking her heels entirely off.
The style icon, who plays PR executive Samantha Jones in the hit series, was clearly not prepared to suffer for fashion, dumping her designer shoes in favour of bare feet on Monday night.
Cattrall hid behind co-star Mario Cantone, who plays Charlotte's best friend Anthony in the series, as she dashed out of L'atelier Restaurant in her bare feet after the gala screening in Leicester Square.
Tottering around in skyscraper heels all afternoon had clearly taken a toll on her toes, which had turned a shade to rival her crimson Vivienne Westwood dress.
The 51-year-old was later pictured arriving at the film’s after-party at Old Billingsgate Market wearing a different pair of heels.
Earlier, Catrall had joined co-stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis for the film’s highly anticipated West End premiere.
The four stars' fashion choices took centre stage, with Parker wearing a green prom-style dress and black stilettos by the British designer Alexander McQueen.
Nixon chose black Calvin Klein and while Davis wore a vintage fuschia dress.
