I heard Patrice saying this is the most pimp meat you can consume. Do I gotta go to a butchers shop? Do you marinate? Medium rare? Help appreciated.

Hangar steak is definitely the shit. You probably can get it a butcher shop. You can marinate it and med-rare is the way to go. After you let it rest, slice it and serve with your favorite fixings. Its also great for fajitas.
