It's the only way anything is getting done. As much as people hate him, at least Dave brings SOMETHING to the show. Fezzie is doing better lately, but Earl has gone beyond the "I do nothing" bit to just being worthless on air. I don't doubt he contributes SOMETHING to the show, but he's just not good on the air.
