this looks like its just an online magazine. its 2.99 an issue or 24.99 for an annual subscription. the ps blog said:

i guess those tools that waste their money on IGN insider will splash money for this as well. I'm just annoyed that they are putting efforts into making this live already and providing monthly updates, while the real content ps users desire (Home) is not ready. Id much rather have home than this.
