Is it time for Big Cat to step aside from EP and hand it over to Pitz?
> Pitz is pretty strong behind the scenes
> Fez seems to have it up to here with his staff, perhaps Pitzy at the helm could get it under control?
Absolutely

What's the difference. If they didn't tell you daily who was in what seat on a daily basis there'd be no way of telling. They all seem to be bad at it.
Pitz and Earl both STINK on the air, and I assume off-air.
Hasn't Ron elluded to the fact that Pitz should quit/shouldn't be in radio a few times?

If it was between Pitz & Earl, Pitz would win.

I have not seen/heard yet anything that would make Pitz good as EP. He seems just as incompetent behind the scenes as the rest of that awful crew.
I think what Ron said to Pitz was that he belonged on a sportstalk show since he is into sports and is not funny in the least.

Pitz Rocks The Fat Ass
He cares deeply about the success of the show and works toward that goal at all times.

What?
I don't get it. They go from "Why is he on the show", "Did he quit yet?", "Can you quit?"...to FUCK IT lets make you EP.
No.

No. I have heard nothing from Pitz on the air, that would make me think he would be a good EP. Plus its kind of hard to be an EP, when you run and hide from the mic when Ron gets angry with you.

Bajeebee managed to do it for a while.
I feel bad for the Fez's position. It's a no win situation. He has a staff that won't perform or respect him. Then I feel bad for Ron, because he doesn't want to yell at Fez and there has to be someone to yell at.
I think Pitz does a pretty good job behind the scenes. Better than Bajeebee anyway.

Well...the merger is basically approved and there is no mention of it...talk about the showing "dying" yesterday....several times them talking about moving on "after" the show...they got booted from free fm...and their current staff problems don't exactly make the show look great.
I really don't see any good signs..

I must have missed the "after" the show talk yesterday, I was laughing too hard at Ron's brilliant lines.
Did they mention it subtly or something? Or do you mean when Ron reacted to Dave saying 30,000 LOTD? I thought that seemed more health related.
How long do they have left on their contract, because we'll at least have that much more... I don't think they are in any fear of going out forcibly, I'd say the ball is in their court. We know they have a large fan base and are really the radio show's radio show.
It's clear ONA really enjoy the show on a personal level and as long as ONA are around, RNF will have a place to broadcast if they choose.
All good things must end though, and I'm thankful for being able to enjoy them in this point in time.

To echo Arch's comments, PitZ does indeed care deeply for he show and its success. Lilly could possibly leave at any point, with the possibility of better things (for her, not us..but I digress). So, she shouldn't be an option, despite us all knowing that she'd succeed at it. Give PItZ a shot. Get Mooch a work visa, bring him on board, this way we'll actually have production. Hire fuckin' P-Hicks. The fuckin' guy deserves it. Pay Lilly, until she does eventually leave. Call BxJohnny, bring him back. He needs a paying job, that's why he's gone. So pay him. Earl can go back to work at 'NEW since they're playing music again. Dave can work in a warehouse somewhere, so he's not in air, not on the board, not fuckin' up the show...but at least then he can still provide for his family (including health bene's). Well that's my 4 cents (a nickle too much)

Do you know what it takes to produce and work at/on radio? How do they "seem" to be bad when the show has been fucking rediculously funny and on top of thier game?
Of course, I know Ron carries the weight. But it is the teamwork that makes The Ron and Fez Show. Fans and listeners included.
Pitz and Earl both STINK on the air, and I assume off-air.
Hasn't Ron elluded to the fact that Pitz should quit/shouldn't be in radio a few times?
Thats silly. I Never trust what I see or hear on a radio show made for entertainment.
Why would "on air" performace imply how they work "off air"? On air may take personality, and off air takes work skills and knowledge.
I do not know if Pitz has the know how or ability to do what's needed behind the scenes as EP. But I will give him the benifit of the doubt. He does a great job deligating responsability for the planned parties he produces, and I've seen him in studio holding his own. He would have a whole team to help him out too. I voted YES!
I would love to know if Fez even wants this responability lifted from him. Nobody knows if lifting it would help his on air personality, or make matters worse.
If you ask me, I d love to see if Fez can handle the pressure of stepping up and knowing all eyes are on him to produce his on air personality daily, instead of worrying about the back-end shit.
Fez always works better with a live crowd or knowing all eyes are on him. I bet he aces it.
Give Pitz a try
Give Pitz a try
I would also like R&F to give Pitz a try as EP or even Lilly for a week.
They did very well during the Intern Revolution.

Pitz hangs up on me when I call, so anything that keeps him off the phones.
He even laughed at a line I had once and STILL hung up on me.

Really? Pitz told me I could call in and he'll put me up fast, and then actually did that when I called.
Odd.

I don't know how any of you guys are making this call on Pitz, both pro or against. He doesn't do any production, he's barely on air (maybe 10 to 15 minutes a day, max) and compared to Hicks, he gets blown out of the water. I'm saying, we don't know if he's qualified or not simply because he's never had an at bat.
I say give it back to Earl. I like Earl but I also like his meltdowns: "LET ME FINISH!"

I don't think Earl has done anything to "win it back".
Pitz is strong behind the scenes for anyone who has to go behind the scenes when they interact with the show.
Sure he diddled Sam's chick but shouldn't that count for him?

I like Pitz even though he gets a lot of shit I still think he does well. Only thing hurting him is he doesn't have a comedic personality or edge to him which means he does not do to many bits. Which normally wouldn't necessarily be the role of an EP but for RnF show it is a prerequisite I think.

I think just the opposite. The EP is the only role where you don't necessarily need that comedic personality. Why else would they hire Bajeebee?

And we all saw how that turned out didn't we. It shouldn't be a reason for giving Pitz a job that he might not be qualified for. The whole idea is to improve the show, not take a step backwards.
