Is there such a thing as a bad Sleeves drop?
I can't hear/think/say "The Ron & Fez Show" w/o adding "Shoot that shit to the sky..."
Sorry, I can't think of a moral conundrum, but Sleeves rules.

OK, let see if this flies or fails
Are you a good person?
If the world was suddenly about to end, then no crime would be held against you. You could steal a fast car, burn down your neighbor's house down, mainline heroin, take what you wanted, run a muck; with no consequence. When you are not held accountable for your actions, you have the choice to turn into a anarchist menace. You could be as evil and selfish as you wanted, with no tomorrow.
But if you take the opportunity to wreak havoc at the end of the world, was it only the consequences of government and society that kept you in line throughout your life? Or are you not as good of a person as you think?
What you would be capable of at the end of the world, you would be capable of today; so it's a choice to be a good person.

I am as good a person as i think. I know exactly what my limits are but society does stop me from stealing things. if i see a wallet laying on the ground i will take the money from it if no one is looking and put the wallet back. I'm an asshole.
But i got a conundrum for ya. What if your best friend ***** somebody?

Number 57 of The Tao Te Ching speaks a bit of this:
Do not control the people with laws,
Nor violence nor espionage,
But conquer them with inaction.
Yet take no action, and the people nurture each other;
Make no laws, and the people deal fairly with each other;
Own no interest, and the people cooperate with each other;
Express no desire, and the people harmonize with each other.
The only problem I see is in your scenario the world is ending which might cause mass hysteria. If we could eliminate all laws in a normal world situation, then perhaps the Tao Te Ching would be true.
Absolutely

Not to sound like a nice-guy-douche, but I don't know if I'd want to be friends with a R-pissed.
Therefore I'd turn them in, and avoid the guilt of knowing I knew that and did nothing.
**** is just Creepy. Spend some time in jail.

Number 57 of The Tao Te Ching speaks a bit of this:I have to be honest, even after thinking on it, I have no idea what "conquer them with inaction" means. Is this like civil disobedience?
And I don't know how much hysteria and mayhem to factor in. The question boils down to: if all bets were off, would you do unspeakable acts? And if you would, what is the thing that stops you from doing them now?
But i got a conundrum for ya. What if your best friend ***** somebody?Now this is a conundrum. **** is an unforgivable act, but I don't think I'd dime out my best friend. I know that sounds terrible, but think of it this way: you might not turn your best friend in for murder and **** is a lesser crime than murder.

Are you a good person? You don't know how many nights I've wrestled with this topic.
Am I a "good" person because I don't do bad? I don't particularly seek to harm people. I don't go out of my way to be rude or mean. Is that because I have a good soul or is it because I'm a weak person? Does being a "door mat" type personality therefore make me good? And if I am good, what benefits, if any, are there? Because I can't figure out one. There's no satisfaction from it and you just end up looking weak.
Then again, am I a "bad" person because I don't do good? I don't particularly seek to help people. I don't really want to do good. I don't want to fight for justice or help the underdog. I hate most people and their existence, at best, really doesn't matter to me. I don't have a social conscience. I care for very few (my chick...my chick's cat, the dog I'll get someday maybe). I don't really think that much of myself. (Between you and me, I hate the bastard.) But if I am bad, then how come I can't make use of it? Shouldn't one of the best things about being "bad" is the ability to use others to your own advantage? Manipulating others, being cutthroat, just something to put you above the crowd. Yet I'm too apathetic, I guess, to do any of that.
So what am I? I am selfish. That's generally depicted as a negative quality but does my self-loathing balance it out? Does that make me bad or good? Is indifferent an option? Is it your actions or inactions that decide who you are? Doing the "right" things for the wrong reasons?
At the end of the world, I don't know who I'd be. I don't know what I'd be. Consciously I'd like to imagine stealing a car, causing massive destruction, killing people (yet not ****** people) just because I want to know what it's like. But would my inherent cowardness stop me from doing it? Do I just fantasize "a good game" but when push came to shove I couldn't because of physical weakness, my own fears? I know I fear retaliation- from government or from the guy's friends- but is that it or is it that maybe deep down inside I'm actually a decent person?
Also, would finding a drug stash, loading up, driving to my chick's place and we just get fucked up as Earth goes all Krypton on us be "bad?"
These are the things I think about during the single digit AM hours.

I'm not going to lie, if the world was suddenly about to end, I will become a Viking beserker. ****, pillage, plunder, and murder, I will be doing it all. See I think as human beings, we are all a combination of good and bad, it just that some people go to extremes. For example, has anybody ever taken something from the place where they have worked? I have, but that doesn't mean I'm going to go out and start robbing banks.
As for AFA's moral conundrum, I would turn in my best friend for ****, however not for murder.
