The new album Thirteenth Step will apparently hit stores on Sep 16. I just heard the first single "Weak And Powerless (http://boss.streamos.com/wmedia/virg001/a_perfect_circle/audio/thirteenth_step/weak_and_powerless_128.asx?siteid=apcsite073003)," it's pretty good.

Eh..I don't know. Usually bluecell posts about unknown bands and I would consider that a "find." APC is a fairly well known band. I liked the singles off of their first album, but have yet to hear the new stuff.

Yeah, "Bluecell's Finds" will be only be used for bands that not a lot of people know about. They're all signed, but you may not have heard them yet.
