I'm not quite sure of the premise, here's what it says on IMDB

A sex-addicted con-man pays for his mother's hospital bills by playing on the sympathies of those who rescue him from choking to death.

I don't get it, but it looks like it's got the sadistic, psychotic vibe that Fight Club had, so I'll definitely be seeing it.

The book was good from what I remember. But I read it when it came out, so I've kind of forgotten most of the plot. Just started rereading it the other day after seeing the trailer.

This is rare for me to say but it actually looks good and the main guy is from green mile and he was hilarious in that. The commercial makes it look like a stupid fall in love movie but I get a feeling that it doesn't turn out that way. I keep an eye out for this one when it hits theaters.
