i got it to start normally but my spyware protection says it's still there but cant remove it

You will never get it out unless you run your antivirus and anti-spyware while in safe mode. Keep tapping the F8 key after you power on your computer until you get the startup menu with the Safe Mode options.

yeah it's a cunt i tried all of the above solutions but ended up doing a system recovery
