New 202 fan on the way!

My wife has started having contractions, and either way we're scheduled to go in tonight to have her induced. That means that within a few short hours my first child will be born. I have no idea what he's going to be into yet, but if he ever has a "I wanna be like Daddy" bone in his body I'm going to try and get him to do 3 things: learn an instrument, take up golf and listen to 202. I'm pretty much beside myself with excitement over here.

Gotta go, another one's coming on and I have to make sure my poor wife doesn't pass out.

Grayson was born yesterday, July 2nd, at 2:07pm. (Yes, yes, I know; 2:07 on 7/2. My kid's already got better timing than me.)

It was truly the most incredible experience I've ever been through. She went from 4cm to fully dilated in about an hour and a half and missed her window for the epidural. So this amazing woman that I am married to pushed out an 8lb, 12oz baby without drugs. It was pretty much how Ronnie described it; I'm not a religious man, but that was as close to a religious experience as I've had. I saw the entire universe, the heavens and the cosmos in that room. I already loved my wife, but now she's transcended into almost an otherworldly being in my eyes.

As you can tell, I'm still knee-deep in baby afterglow. As soon as I figure out how to, I'll put some pics up.
