Remember The Osbournes phenomena? The show that tried and failed to make stars out of his two horrible children? Well, luckily we've forgotten about it.

Except Fox, always with their finger on the pulse of society, has given a six episode order for a variety show hosted by Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly and Jack!!! But don't you dare call him a sellout, because for some reason Norton didn't see his crap poorly written reality show selling out and will probably make up some excuse why this isn't either.

What's depressing about the article is that both Kelly and Jack are younger than I am and probably have more money and have done more things than I will ever do in my remaining years.

i knew it - in an American Idol age, there's no reason to think that an old fashioned variety show (ala Sonny and Cher, Carol Burnett or....) wouldnt work. it would be pretty funny to see ozzy do a sketch - but he wont be able to remember any lines.

I could give Ozzy the benefit of the doubt with the reality show. However a variety show, give me a fucking break. Please Ozzy, you finally got the respect that you deserved with Sabbath being inducted into the HOF. Please just retire with some shed of dignity left.
