James is going to review all of the Batman movies leading up to the Dark Knight.
I really enjoyed the first one, I can't wait until he starts discussing the newer Batmans, like the really awful, Batman and Robin. I'll pretty much watch anything he does. I've seen all of his reviews, and watch most of his YouTube stuff, he narrates, recounts nostalgia, and other stuff really well. Although, as seen on the show, he's pretty awkward in real life.

It's a fucking shame he doesnt mention Batman Mask of the Phantasm, you know cause it was like 10 times better than the live action Batman movies of that time. And i could be petty and mention the things incorrect in his reviews so far but fuck it .

His Begins review is off the mark. And for shame there was too much talking in TDK... Boo hoo, Nolan tried to bring gravitas to the movie... Lost a lot of respect for this guy after those reviews, especially for preferring Nicholson....

Dude is not a movie reviewer. I think he's hilarious when trashing shitty games, but I do enjoy the dialogue in the Nolan movies. They are movies for grown ups not children.
The Nerd really pissed me off in this review, you can tell he's favoring the old films just to be different and not want to accept that someone has decided to revive a dead franchise and did it, WELL. He's really selectively critical in the three reviews overall, I mean don't bash the 1989 Batman for having boring scenes, a TON of shitty jokes, puns, and bad acting, but nitpick the new Batman for not being believable in certain scenes!?! I mean come on, it's a fucking guy dressed as a bat, fighting crime and a man dressed as a scarecrow and a guy dressed as a clown. He needs to stick to swearing about shitty video games. I mean, if you look at ALL of his other reviews, he's generous with all shitty sequels and otherwise, EXCEPT for these new, and actually good Batman films. I mean, I don't mean to bash the guy, I've been watching him from Day 1 and have seen almost every review and other video he's done, but for someone complaining that these new Batman films by Nolan are too pretentious, him nitpicking these new Batman films to shit, is even MORE pretentious.

Anyway, if anyone reading this hasn't seen the Dark Knight yet, you officially aren't allowed on the internet until you rectify that. I think I should give it a few months and maybe watch it again on DVD before giving a definitive opinion, because being a massive cynic I'm immediately suspicious of any film that appears on the surface to be absolutely fucking legendary.

Because he disliked it for idiotic, petty reasons. His review wasn't a real critique, it was a nitpickfest to stand out from the crowd.
