What happened today with Joel McHale ?

After Joel sat pretty much in silence during Friday's show I was happy when the boys announced that he'd be sitting in today. I was looking forward to it but didnt hear him on the XM side when I woke up, yet during the KRock replay I hear Op say that he was going to be in studio. Didnt actually hear him, but I read in the listening thread that he was in but only for a few minutes and it was uncomfortable. Can anyone tell me what actually happened ?

He came in, I didnt hear most of when he was in, but I do know he didnt make the XM side cause he had a TV gig. (Today Show I think). He also killed at Caroline's this weekend.

Ah, ok, thanks. So there was no conflict between him and the boys ?

No conflict at all - he sat in for the last segment on FM and they went through a news clip about Abu Dhabi and talked about Dubai.
