Although he can bring knowledge to the table, he doesn't bring the funny. Steve doesn't even have to be in the room and Ant or Jimmy will start doing their Steve impression. It never fails to make me laugh. And when Steve is in the barrel, it's even better.
Erock needs to stay too. Opie needs someone to vent his rage at and better it be him than Ant or Jimmy.

its hard to fire an incompetent behind the scenes worker when they are all on the air personalities. They all are known and bring something to the show on the air. I think Than actually did them a favor by leaving on his own as good as than was.

As much as e-rock apparently fucks up the behind the scenes work or whatever it is, he gives them and us countless hours of entertainment on the air.
