My "Your Moms Box" moment in under 6 weeks

So I just landed one of those cushy Civil Service jobs. And after 17 years in my current job I have to leave in about 5-6 weeks. As I can not tell my current job till I have 2 weeks left. I am giving subtle hints....Here is my First....Any suggestions for others. When I get down to the final 2 weeks I am doing a Wheel of Fortune thing with letter roughly 2 feet high I figure. I'll post those pics as I go along...

I can't wait, fucking city takes forever though, And just going to my current job now is insane. I just want out. But after 17 years gonna be interesting. Might hear me on the show more if the hours work out. And might be posting stupid shit here again. The last couple of years has been tough here. Watch as I get to see the show live because my post will be like 30 blocks away something will happen.....

And yes the city takes forever and makes you jump through countless hoops..... after a test over a year ago, scoring perfect on it, a physical, initial paperwork, a medical, CDL training, final paperwork and then training I just started working for the city... application was sent in 3/07... crazy

Working as a electrician for the subways, I applied in Jan of 08. The test was a joke even Sonny could have passed it. In 3 weeks i have my final medical going thru the background and piss test now. Since I have Security Guard License and I don't smoke or do any drugs I'll pass those.

As for the Your Moms box gag. Just some fun for me thats all. I still like the job and company I am with. And I am leaving on very good terms. Only reason I am leaving is for the benefits and Pension plan ( plus a small bump in pay). this is Just something to pass the time . My company is very laid back and this time of year we have very little work. Plus 4 guys in the back with me listen to the show (for now when I leave some one has to pony up and buy a sat rad). I am thinking of finding a Hulk picture with him being sad or some shit like that. Plus after 17 years I amassed a shitload of tools and crap I have to bring home . That process has started. you just don't move a tool box 6 feet high and 4 feet long in one day.
