Anyone else a fan? He's one of my favorite out of the family Williams. He looks like his gandaddy but has the rebelious spirit of his father. He also adds one hell of a punk element to his art. And he's nuts, just like me.

his new album just came out this week. IT's not quite as good as Straight to Hell but it's still pretty good. Heard he puts on a kick ass show but have yet to catch him down here. He also plays bass in Superjoint Ritual

Saw him 3 years ago at Jam On the River in Philly.....my friends and I were blown away. Much of the audience seemed pretty frightened when he let down his hair and broke into the heavy portion of his set. :icon_mrgr

there's another thread in here, but I caught a Hank 3 show a year ago, he does two full sets, one country and one punk metal.

The wife and I saw him a few years ago at the Will Rogers Theater here in OKC. He put on a good first half show, ended that set and told everybody "If ya'll came for the country, thanks, now were fixin to make some noise." He went backstage, let his hair down and rocked the fuck out! The metal part isin't my style, but, they were good.

will rogers theater? is that still around? I've been there tons of times at different shows when I lived in Ada OK. Diamond Ballroom, Green Door, Zoo Ampitheatre. That Bricktown is just too corporate now.

Green Door is gone (Reggie moved to bricktown and couldn't figure out why nobody came after that). Zoo stinks if the wind is right. Going to see GWAR in Dec at the Diamond. Also, check out Wayne Hancock. Wayne taught Hank everything he knows.
