Is Comedy Central the edgiest channel on Cable (not including the pay channels like HBO?)

I was watching Reno 911 last night and the one guy must have said "assfuck(ed)" and "skullfuck(ed)" a dozen times, with just enough beep to cover the u in fuck. :)

If comedy Central was like HBO and could get away with more that would be a killer station.:drunk:

I saw that episode last night and it was hysterical. I love that show. Comedy Central has always been edgy.

Are cable channels required to censor or do they do it because they want to be like regular TV???

I don't think that they are required to censor, but they do anyway and that is why Norton hates them...

they aren't required, but mostly the sponsers 'force' them to or they won't play their commercials.... thats how south park got away with saying shit 162 or whatever times, cause the sponsers agreed to it with the network.

Remember on July 4th how they showed the "UNCUT" version of the South Park movie... how the hell did they get away with that?
