I have nothing against Adam personally, but have you ever heard his radio show? It's boring. He has a hole and a sidekick with a hacky radio voice and it's just awlful.

His current show is hacky, but that's what he was hired for. He was great on Love Line, the show blew up because of him. Even good entertainers are hit and miss.

Maybe because Carolla's good if he has a framework,
and not (yet) good on his own. Seems too hack.

Man Show - Jimmy Kimmel. Success
Loveline - Dr. Drew plus a format that allows you to take calls all night. Success
Adam Carolla on Comedy Central - that was awful. Failure
Adam Carolla building houses - WTF? Actually I didn't hate it but it wasn't really funny or....whatever it was suppose to be. Failure
Adam Carolla radio show - Haven't heard it, but hear it stinks. Plus I don't see him lasting long. Failure(So far)
It is funny, this is the only "event" that has happened on his show that i've heard. Way to get a buzz going, Adam.

Ant is 10 times the comedy talent that Carolla is but he gets a TON of credit. Carolla isn't awful but WAY overated.
Sorry, the Loveline rants didn't make me laugh. He is a smart guy and has said some interesting things but "Hobo Power" and "ADAM CAROLLA" chants don't do it for me.
