I just watched Felon with Stephen Dorff & Val Kilmer. It's a fucked up prison story. It ain't no Shawshank, but it was pretty fucking good.
Also a comedy called Adventureland starring some Michael Cera clone and Kristen Stewart from Twilight. It's basically Office Space / Waiting / Employee of the Month but set in an amusement park. Better than than I expected.

Riggs asking Mr. Joshua if he wants a shot at the title is one of the badass things ever said.

I've always wondered, in The Godfather Part II, the guys that shot up Michael's bedroom where his wife sleeps and his children come to play with their toys, they were found dead on the property (Michael wanted them alive) - who killed them??? It couldn't have been Fredo.

Do you have the Coppola restoration? If not you should get it, the quality is amazing, even on the non blueray edition.

I think they killed themselfs. One thing I noticed is the guy who played Don Cheech from II was also in I. Or its just someone who looks like him.

I got the first release box set, back before the films were released seperatly. It finally noticed after all the years just how poor the picture is on the discs.

I think they said that they drowned in a sewer run off and it makes sense that they would kill themselfs.

Really? I never thought of Hollywood Mafia guys killing themselves, well other than Pentangeli, but not muscle or hit men.

Germany, Year Zero. An Italian film set in and filmed in 1947 German after the war. An interesting look at a rarely discussed period.
