PA Gun Owners
The Castle Doctrine is being considered by the PA House Judiciary Committee. There was a time where I would have thought there was no way this would not get passed in PA. But recent voting trends have me nervous. I'm urging fellow PA gun owners to get on the phones in the next couple days and show your support for HB40.
Quote:
“Castle Doctrine” Self-Defense Bill to be Considered Next Week! Please Contact the Members of the House Judiciary Committee Today! On Thursday, November 19, the Pennsylvania House Judiciary Committee will consider House Bill 40.
HB40, sponsored by State Representative Scott Perry (R-92), would permit law-abiding citizens to use force, including deadly force, against an attacker in their homes and any places outside of their home where they have a legal right to be. It is clearly stated that there would be no “duty to retreat” from an attacker, allowing law-abiding citizens to stand their ground to protect themselves and their family. HB40 would also protect individuals from civil lawsuits by the attacker or the attacker’s family when force is used.
If you would like to testify, please contact the House Judiciary Committee at (717) 787-3525.
Please contact the members of the House Judiciary Committee TODAY and respectfully urge them to support HB40. Contact information can be found below.

You know you don't have to actually be a gun owner to support this. If you value your or other's ability to defend their homes you should support this bill.

Kepp this alive..
I live in PA and im thinking of buying a gun sooner or later for self-defense.
i dont want any of my rights stripped due to whining asshats and self absorbed people complaining about a guy getting killed trying to rob a homeowner at gunpoint and the homeowner happened to have a gun and ammo
I mean in chicago a law abiding citizen cant even buy a pistol anymore, yet all the failed abortions called gangsters get guns from the black market and if someone gets robbed they are completely defenseless
It just makes me sick of what people are coming to these days
